• Ceiling installation: $2.00 – $4.00 per square foot
• Garage drywall: $1.25 – $2.50 per square foot
• Basement drywall: $1.75 – $3.25 per square foot
• 12x12 room (8-foot ceilings), complete installation: $700 – $1,200
